I have decided to hold on to Holly House for a while, I’m not ready to part with it just yet, so Katerina my daughter is going to run it on Airbnb for the next few months.

Lewes is a fantastic little town full of independent local shops and fabulous antique emporiums. It also has a delightful cinema and farmers market. For me the magic is the proximity to the glorious South Downs and my home is literally minutes from the start of the trails as well as being a stone’s throw from the High Street and station with 15 minutes trains direct to Brighton.

I am sure Kat will be a delightful host, happy to make your stay a memorable one. She will meet guests on arrival and ensure you are settled. She will be on hand to answer any queries about the house, town and surrounding area during and before your stay and will offer you a welcome pack with suggested activities and highly recommended local shops and restaurants.
Guests will have the option of requesting a welcome hamper of food and treats at an additional cost.
She is also brilliant with children if you need babysitting during your stay.

There are so many reasons to visit Lewes; for Glynbourne, one of the finest and most celebrated opera houses in the world, or to join in our unique bonfire celebrations, to visit friends or relatives for Christmas, New Year or a birthday celebration, or simply to treat yourself to a short break in our fabulous historic town.
Whatever the reason I do hope you come and relax and discover the magical part of the world which has inspired me so much.
