Loughran Gallery launches Summer Show featuring Jessica Zoob, Damien Hirst, Harland Miller, Marc Quinn and Tracey Emin
The Loughran Gallery will open its doors on 10th July for their 2013 Summer Show exhibiting contemporary artwork from celebrated British artists including Damien Hirst, Marc Quinn, Harland Miller, Tracey Emin and Jessica Zoob. The concept of the show as with all Loughran Gallery instillations, is to offer the public the chance to view and purchase art in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Attracting a cross section of artwork including the works Fate and Souls III by Turner Prize winner Damien Hirst, I Am The One I’ve Been Waiting For from Harland Miller, We Share Our Chemistry With The Stars and White Orchid created by Marc Quinn and Quiet Smile and Still Water, Dancing Lines from Jessica Zoob.
Additionally, the exhibiton will launch Jessica Zoob into Loughran Gallery’s stable of artists. Jessica Zoob trained at Central School of Art and Nottingham University. For seven years she worked as a theatre designer at countless venues including the Bristol Old Vic, the Royal National Theatre and Greenwich Theatre. Since 2000, Jessica has worked exclusively as a British contemporary artist from her Lewes home and studio. She exhibits regularly in and around London and has works in celebrated private collections worldwide.
For those who can’t make the show in the North of England, Loughran Gallery will launch a pop-up Gallery at Boxpark in Shoreditch, London on 26th – 31st August 2013. Limited edition prints from Damien Hirst, Marc Quinn, Tracey Emin and Dave White will feature alongside an exciting highlight for the show from Jessica Zoob who will exhibit original miniatures.
