For those of you that follow my blog and social media accounts you’ll know that I am hugely inspired by nature and the outdoors. I particularly love craggy coastlines, beaches and the sea. I have just left Australia where I discovered one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen near Melbourne.
Everywhere I looked there was another beautiful painting waiting to be painted! The extraordinary colours and shapes of the rocks and pools were so completely inspiring, even the seaweed with its strange beautiful colours and textures.
An utterly magical miniature world in every jewel like rockpool. I can’t wait to get home and paint it all!
Yesterday I arrived in Cape Town. Beautiful African blue skies and barefoot luxury!
